We are seeking an experienced 12V Electrical Installer to join our growing team!
Essential Job Functions and Duties
Installation of strobe lights, power inverters, dome lights and other auxiliary aftermarket products Read individual work order and assemble all product prior to install Track, order and maintain all supplemental electrical parts and equipment Ensure product meets quality requirements Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized work bay Adhere to strict safety and quality control production standards Complete other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Vocational school a plus Previous electrical and mechanical experience or completion of an accredited trade/technical school preferred One (1) year of 12V electrical automotive wiring experience required Strong background in electrical trouble shooting preferred Previous work experience using hand tools, power tools and pneumatic tools Candidates must successfully complete criminal and submit to a motor vehicle background check ASE Certified (or in-process) preferred Welding experience is a plus Skills:
Soldering experience required Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to use hand, power and pneumatic tools as required Ability to follow diagram, written and verbal instruction Ability to work with others and possess good communication skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Able to function capably in a production environment; working around moving vehicles, assembly and installation bays Frequently lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be physically capable of standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, leaning, etc. on a daily basis Ability to work in a loud environment Participate in required company safety and training programs and PPE guidelines.
