We are looking for a Strategy & Biz Ops Principal to support our mission and drive growth at the intersection of two of our biggest best: the QB Money business and the Mid-Market customer segment. This position requires exceptional strategic problem solving and communication skills, the ability to influence and develop productive partnerships at all levels of the organization, and a strong understanding of Intuit's mission and values. This is a role with broad exposure to many senior leaders. You will report to the Head of Strategy & Biz Ops for the Money portfolio and work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, Partnerships, and Business Development to solve our customers' problems and accelerate growth.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Mountain View, CA $197,500 - $267,000
San Diego, CA $190,500 - $257,500
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at

What you'll bring
Experience
: 10+ years of experience in strategy & business operations, management consulting, or strategic roles within high-growth FinTech and/or SaaS environments
Experience with a leading consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) is a plus
Leadership
: Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams, build trust, and drive outcomes in a matrixed organization
Strategic thinking
: Strong capability to translate strategic plans into actionable tasks, ensuring project completion and alignment with business goals
Problem Solving
: Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including data-driven decision making
Communication
: Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, comfortable with facilitating workshops and business reviews with executives and teams
Technical Acumen
: Understanding of payment systems and money movement (including credit cards) is a plus
Education
: Undergraduate degree in a technical, math, or science discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred
How you will lead
Strategy development
: Develop and implement a long-term strategy for our Money Mid-Market segment, encompassing payments (money in), capital / lending, and bill pay (money out).
Business performance
: Monitor and improve key performance metrics for the Money Mid-Market segment, leveraging data analytics to drive performance and reliability.
Execution & accountability
: Work across Money and MM teams to drive alignment, execution, and accountability of work to deliver target revenue.
Uncover opportunity
: Dive deep into the performance drivers to uncover opportunities to accelerate growth.
Cross-functional leadership
: Partner with various teams to evaluate and enhance our service offering, focusing on customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Operating model
: Identify opportunities to use our operating model as a lever to drive effectiveness
Stakeholder management
: Serve as the conduit between the Money Mid-Market team and other QuickBooks & Intuit businesses, ensuring alignment on priorities, progress, and challenges.
Team mentorship
: Mentor and develop a high-performing cross-functional team, instilling a culture of analytic rigor across the Money Mid-Market team.
