Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician for an oceanfront high-rise condominium on Singer Island. This position requires a hands-on professional with experience in general building maintenance, with a strong focus on painting, drywall repair, and basic electrical and plumbing work.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform painting and drywall patching/repairs in common areas and residential units Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues (e.g., outlets, light fixtures, switches) Address basic plumbing repairs such as leaky faucets, running toilets, and clogged drains Assist with preventative maintenance programs for building systems Respond to work orders and emergencies in a timely and professional manner Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in an organized and safe condition Support other departments as needed, including custodial and grounds keeping tasks
Part-Time Sat & Sun 7:30am-4:00pm
Pay Rate; Up to $20 DOE
BILINGUAL a + (English/Spanish)
