Job Description
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and reliably. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues and improve processes. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities. Oversee the inventory and procurement of spare parts and maintenance supplies. Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and generate reports for management. Train and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and job performance. The Successful Applicant
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes within the industrial and manufacturing environment. Prior maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively. Knowledge of troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, & PLCs. Technical expertise in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Experience reading & interpreting blueprints & electrical schematics. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. What's on Offer
Hourly wage $30-$35 based on level of experience. Overtime pay (time and a half) after 40 weekly hours. Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement options. 2 weeks PTO.
