Customer Service Representative
Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Baldwin, WI | Training in Eau Claire for 2 days total
We are a fast-paced
durable medical equipment company
providing oxygen, CPAP machines and supplies, wheelchairs, hospital beds, and more to our customers. We are looking for a
dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative
to join our team.
This role is much more than answering phones. You will be responsible for: Answering and routing calls in a professional and friendly manner Assisting customers in our showroom Taking, processing, and completing orders accurately Managing incoming and outgoing documentation Communicating with doctors, families, insurance representatives, and other parties via phone, email, and fax Performing accurate data entry and multitasking in a fast-paced environment We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated Highly organized and detail-focused Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment A team player with strong communication skills Experienced in medical or insurance processes (preferred but not required) Job Type:
Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Benefits:
