First Shift Maintenance Specialist

Join our team as a First Shift Maintenance Specialist! Duties: Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Utilize maintenance manuals, electrical schematics, and parts lists for effective repair and installation of equipment. Conduct routine inspections of machines to maintain optimal function and efficiency. Follow a structured preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment. Use cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts as needed. Perform repairs and maintenance on the interior and exterior physical structures of the facility. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to lockout/tagout procedures and prioritize safety in all tasks. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience within the corrugated industry and familiarity with machinery used in sheet plants is a plus but not required. Preferred Education: High School diploma or higher.
