The Marketing Specialist provides vital support that drives brand visibility, growth and sales for our equipment finance division (Western Equipment Finance). This role requires a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
This individual will take ownership of our tradeshow logistics from start to finish, ensuring that all elements-from registration and booth shipment to promotional giveaways-are executed flawlessly. They will play a key role in maintaining and updating marketing collateral, helping to ensure all materials used by our sales team are accurate, on-brand, and compliant.
In addition to supporting various marketing functions, the Marketing Specialist will update equipment listings on our website, create and maintain landing pages, assist in deploying email campaigns, and act as a liaison for internal marketing requests. This role requires a balance of creative problem-solving, logistical coordination, and attention to detail. It's ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience across multiple areas of marketing within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
Tradeshow Management
Coordinate all aspects of tradeshow participation including registration, internal coordination, logistics, promotional materials, booth shipping, etc. Manage the tradeshow calendar and ensure deadlines are met for event deliverables Partner with vendors for booth shipping, tradeshow setup and other logistics Collateral and Design Support
Maintain and update marketing collateral to reflect branding standards, vendor cobranding, current programs/rates, etc. Coordinate with internal team to update layouts and imagery as needed Identify processes and tools to streamline collateral updates Ensure all materials are compliant and up-to-date across channels Digital Marketing
Manage website inventory listings, ensuring accurate and timely updates Execute email marketing campaigns including content coordination, scheduling, and performance reporting Support increased utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for marketing programs Create and maintain landing pages in support of sales team, vendor programs, etc. Sales Support and Requests
Serve as a point of contact for marketing requests from the sales team Track, prioritize, and fulfill requests related to materials, tradeshows, inventory, promotional items, and related areas Help monitor inventory of marketing assets and reorder materials as needed Other Responsibilities
Support brand consistency across all external-facing content and platforms Track and report on key performance indicators for marketing activities Streamline team workflow through better use of project management tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field combined with 3-5 years of marketing experience preferred. Experience preferably in B2B or financial services. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management platforms (Salesforce), content management systems, project management platforms (Asana), and related tools preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) strongly preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
