Job Summary - Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Grande is seeking a strategic and people-focused Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our Brownsville manufacturing facility! In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to Facility Leadership and Associates (employees), driving initiatives that enhance workplace culture, boost morale, and improve retention. You’ll lead key HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compliance, onboarding, and training, while also playing a hands-on role in safety, benefits education, and workers’ compensation processes.

As a strategic partner to the Facility's Leadership team, you’ll collaborate closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals. You’ll analyze HR metrics, partner with Talent Acquisition in hiring efforts, and ensure consistent, high-quality support across all levels of the organization. What you need to be considered for the role:

4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related field required.

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an exempt level HR or Associate Relations position.

Manufacturing experience desired.

Recruiting experience is required.

Knowledge of HR practices and strategies, employment law, recruitment programs and selection processes, manufacturing operations and relational database utilization.

Intermediate to advanced level of operations in MS Office Suite and HRIS.

Working knowledge of general HR principles and a focus on metrics is required.

Preferred:

Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation is desirable.
