The Field Services Specialist is responsible for scheduling on-site technicians, arranging part shipments from warehouses, updating various systems though the process, and coordinating efforts to resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities: Ordering equipment from STRATACAHE Warehouses, coordinating 3rd party service technician work orders to meet the parts onsite and ensure technician work orders are correct perform requested repair work Review monthly 3rd party technician vendor invoices for accuracy and submit approved invoices to accounting for payment. Coordinate STRATACACHE technicians to perform site repair work. This includes efficient route planning of technician's service calls including planning multiple site repairs for multiple days in a row. Perform other duties as requested Qualifications
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) / Google Sheets / Smartsheets NetSuite Ability to multi-task and plan/prioritize work to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills. Service Now
