The CPO will be a visionary leader with a strong background in product management, particularly in the B2B SaaS space. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, leading the product and design organizations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-centric products. This role requires a deep understanding of the needs of technology and learning and development leaders, as well as the ability to translate customer insights into innovative product strategies that drive growth and deliver exceptional value. Key responsibilities for the CPO include end-to-end product lifecycle management, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making, and staying abreast of technology and industry trends to ensure the company's offerings remain cutting-edge. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in product management, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing product teams. A strong understanding of agile development methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven mindset are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in business transformation, product innovation, and a deep understanding of the technology skills landscape. The CPO at the company will play a pivotal role in the evolution and expansion of the product portfolio, with a focus on delivering measurable ROI and driving continuous improvement based on user feedback and performance metrics. The role is highly collaborative, requiring close partnership with other executive leaders to align product strategy with business objectives.
