Forklift Operator

Forklift operators are responsible for operating industrial trucks to load, unload, and transport materials within warehouses and other industrial settings. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Loading and Unloading : Operate forklifts to load and unload materials and deliveries from trucks and storage areas. Transporting Materials : Move materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks, ensuring safe and efficient transport. Inventory Management : Manage inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment, ensuring accurate tracking of materials and products. Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment, including inspecting equipment for damages and reporting any safety hazards. Maintaining Equipment : Schedule and perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other industrial vehicles to ensure optimal performance. Order Picking and Packing : Assist in picking and wrapping orders for shipment, ensuring that goods are secured and prepared for transport.
