We are seeking a digitally savvy Lifecycle and Web Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing programs and promotions that drive system-wide sales and strengthen franchise marketing efforts. This role will have a strong emphasis on lifecycle, CRM/email campaign programs, website content and social media coordination, and digital marketing support. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to execute effective digital strategies and ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
What You’ll Do
Support the Brand Director and Franchise Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital channels (email, web, social). Manage and deploy email campaigns using CRM tools, including list segmentation, content coordination, QA, and performance tracking. Oversee and coordinate updates to the brand website, including content uploads, campaign pages, landing pages, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with third-party vendors and creative teams to develop digitally optimized assets (email graphics, banners, web content, etc.). Support ongoing franchise marketing enablement through templated email assets, digital toolkits, and campaign support guides. Monitor and respond to marketing support requests, initiating the digital asset creation and review process. Manage marketing KPIs, compiling reports across web, email, and sales metrics to inform future strategies. Oversee logistics and follow-up for digital events, such as webinars and virtual trainings. Maintain accurate digital asset libraries, marketing calendars, and approval workflows. Schedule and maintain organic social media content, monitor engagement, and provide insights. Monitor digital invoicing and budgeting; ensure accuracy and on-time submission of campaign-related expenses. What You Bring
4-5 years of experience in a digital marketing with a focus on lifecycle. Bachelors degree in marketing or similar field Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and email marketing platforms. Comfortable with web content management systems and basic understanding of SEO best practices. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication with a knack for simplifying complex tasks. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment. Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from digital performance metrics.
