Part-Time Customer Service Associate

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #3991, located at: 14451 Edgewood Dr., Baxter, MN 56425. Join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Associate, where you'll play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales at Sherwin-Williams. This position offers competitive pay starting at $16.26-18.50/hr, based on relevant experience. As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist both retail and wholesale customers in discovering their needs, providing answers to inquiries about our products, and recommending the best solutions. Your proactive approach will help resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure a delightful shopping experience, all while maintaining high product standards and store visual appeal. Your Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Guide customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Build trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions and adhere to company policies and procedures. Achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Maintain up-to-date work order files and formulas. Prepare and mix products according to customer specifications. Stock shelves and arrange displays as needed. Maintain cleanliness of store equipment. Assist with deliveries as required. Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing. Stay knowledgeable about available products and discuss options with customers. Follow inventory control procedures. Propose ideas to enhance sales performance. Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship. Ability to retrieve materials and lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work varying scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. If internal, must meet performance appraisal standards. If internal, complete all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for the position. Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience in selling paint and paint-related products. Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
