WHO we're looking for:
We are looking for a Senior Information/Graphic Designer who will be responsible for joining the marketing creative team for Services. This role will cover key areas of focus in service of platforms and products such as Gaming, Art Store, Mobile, as well as the Services Business as a whole. This individual will tell the story of these products and services through exemplary presentation and information design, layout, typography and consumer-facing brand creative.
Role and Responsibilities:
Craft visually compelling and effective presentations to tell our story in a visually appealing, easy-to-understand manner for internal, partner, senior leadership and potential client audiences. Work with multiple stakeholders-including senior leadership-on concurrent projects with tight deadlines. Develop branding and campaign design concepts and final production assets. Test and optimize layouts for key media placements based on performance feedback from the marketing team, as part of a systematic, year-round approach. Partner closely with team leads, editors, motion designers, UX designer, and external agency partners, ensuring consistency across our branding and campaign execution. Create custom design assets for PR, events, partnerships, and internal communications as needed. Required Experience and Education:
8+ years experience as a visual or presentation designer, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience. 2+ years experience in a mid/senior designer role for a tech, streaming media company. Proven ability to lead visual design for a marketing campaign from creative conception to final production delivery, across a range of online and offline media. Clear communicator, able to successfully pitch and explain creative concepts. Comfortable operating in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment where teams may need to rapidly evolve plans as business priorities change. Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on driving measurable business impact. Necessary Skills and Attributes:
Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment. Detail-oriented with strong organization skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion. Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the contract employee is occasionally required to stand, clean, crawl, kneel, sit, sort, hold, squat, stoop, stand, twist the body, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders and scaffolding, talk or hear, and lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
