Description Join Leidos as a Senior Contracts Manager supporting the Eagle Command Contract within the Decision Advantage Solutions Business Area. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to utilize your expertise in contract management to contribute to the development and production of advanced technologies essential for national security. You will report directly to the Contracts Director and play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of contracts. As a key member of our team, you will be crucial in driving contract administration activities related to various contract types, ensuring compliance, and making meaningful contributions to proposal processes. Primary Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive cradle-to-grave contract administration support for a variety of contracts including CP, FFP, and T&M, encompassing RFP analysis, proposal development, and thorough terms and conditions review. Oversee contract compliance in line with contract requirements, company policies, and legal standards, navigating tasks independently while also collaborating with other contract professionals. Thrive in a fast-paced environment by effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, ensuring clear communication across all organizational levels. Engage regularly with both internal and external stakeholders, including contracts and procurement personnel, functional peers, program management, and customers. Negotiate and review a range of agreements including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements (TAs), and Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCIs). Your involvement will extend to reviewing and analyzing Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to identify and address potential contract risks and developing comprehensive mitigation strategies. Basic Qualifications A bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a master's or Juris Doctor degree with 6-10 years of applicable experience. Extensive understanding of Government regulations (FAR/DFARS) and contract types including FFP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, CPIF, FPLOE, IDIQ, and GSA contracts. Ability to analyze complex information for problem-solving and decision-making, managing multiple contractual tasks under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Capability to identify contract risks and facilitate appropriate internal reviews following Leidos’ policies.
