JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Strategy Manager with a proven 7-10 year track record in customer-centric growth strategies and expertise in the consumer technology sector. The ideal candidate will deeply understand small business owners' needs, analyze market opportunities, and leverage insights to drive strategic marketing and product initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to influence roadmaps, execute strategic initiatives, and enhance customer experiences to drive business growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Analyze customer needs and market trends to develop innovative strategies for growth. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to drive strategic initiative prioritization, influence roadmaps, and enhance end-to-end funnel performance. Conduct A/B testing on pricing, customer experience, and product ideas; analyze data for actionable insights. Regularly review business performance, establishing and monitoring KPIs for strategic initiatives. Collaborate with Finance & Analytics teams for performance measurement and business case development.

Demonstrated ability in developing customer-centric growth strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record in using data for customer insights. Excellent communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
Industry Experience Required:
Experience in consumer-focused technology companies is required. Education: BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred
