Job Description: The Program Management Specialist will support strategic coordination of Title III-funded initiatives focused on student success. This position plays a critical role in aligning program activities with institutional priorities, tracking key performance indicators, and generating timely reports for compliance and continuous improvement.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the implementation of student success initiatives, ensuring they align with Title III objectives and federal grant guidelines.
Maintain and analyze data related to program participation, utilization, and outcomes; prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders and external evaluators.
Develop timelines, monitor progress, and assist with project planning in collaboration with Student Success Center leadership.
Support communication and documentation efforts between departments, faculty, and external partners to facilitate program implementation.
Assist with the preparation of presentations, grant documentation, and budget summaries.
Participate in assessment and evaluation processes to inform improvements and demonstrate program impact.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Two years of experience in program coordination, data analysis, or project management in a higher education or nonprofit setting.
Familiarity with student success metrics and federal reporting standards (e.g., Title III, TRIO).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data tracking software (e.g., Excel, Starfish, Qualtrics), and reporting tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Title III or other federally funded programs.
Knowledge of best practices in academic support services and student retention initiatives.
