Maintenance Technician
to help keep our hotel running at peak performance while delivering a comfortable and safe experience for every guest.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and repair of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. From responding to in-room maintenance calls to assisting with landscaping and safety checks, your work will help create a seamless guest experience and a supportive work environment for our team.
Compensation:
$15.00 Hourly

What You'll Do:
Perform daily maintenance tasks and respond promptly to guest room repair requests.
Participate in preventative maintenance of guest rooms, lobby, and spa areas.
Maintain public spaces, parking lot, and dumpster areas.
Assist with snow removal, trash collection, and groundskeeping.
Monitor and document work with provided checklists.
Support other hotel departments and assist with special projects as needed.
Monitor spa chemical levels and ensure proper pH balance.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or relevant experience preferred.
Working knowledge of basic maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
Ability to read maintenance manuals, follow written and verbal instructions, and maintain accurate records.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.
