Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Extensive experience in data migrations, application implementations, and consolidations. • Expertise in SAP ERP implementation projects with a focus on Demand Planning (DP), Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), and Supply Network Planning (SNP). • Proficient in functional support for OMP and SAP applications. • Strong experience with SAP APO modules (DP, PP/DS, SNP) and OMP. • Demonstrated success in managing SAP enhancement/support pack upgrades and providing critical application and interface configuration. • Proven ability in managing the technical aspects of SAP S/4 HANA projects, especially during cutover phases. • Certified in Agile and ITIL Foundation, with competencies in Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, Knowledge Management, and Incident Management. Roles & Responsibilities • Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to support and enhance the OMP and SAP applications. • Lead the implementation and migration of data within the SAP ERP landscape, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions. • Provide expert advice and functional support in demand planning, production planning, and supply network planning processes. • Manage critical incidents and urgent communications effectively, ensuring timely resolutions and status updates to leadership. • Oversee a team of offshore OMP functional support resources, ensuring effective incident management and training. • Analyze and optimize existing planning systems and provide recommendations for simplification and stability in the OMP Supply Planning application. • Document processes, configurations, and support guidelines to foster knowledge sharing and operational excellence. • Regularly interface with IT governance and compliance teams to ensure alignment with best practices and legal requirements. Generic Managerial Skills, If any • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams and departments. • Effective leadership skills to manage offshore resources and coordinate efforts seamlessly. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 a Year
