We are currently hiring a Full-time Maintenance Assistant for our Cobb community, located in Marietta, Georgia.
The Full-time Maintenance Assistant will assist our Maintenance Director to support our Plant Operations, and will work Monday through Friday with a rotating weekend on call.

Full-time Maintenance Assistant
Qualifications include:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of Two years of Maintenance experience required
One year of Maintenance experience in LTC/Skilled nursing community
Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community
Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and physical plant upkeep
Genuine passion for working with elders
Knowledge of health care regulations pertaining to Federal/State/JCAHO surveys
Ability to assist in supporting Safety and Emergency Preparedness for community
Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal/written)
Ability to foster team work with coworkers
Experience working with TELS Building Management system
Strong organization and time management skills
