What you'll do on a typical day The Director, Evaluation, Assessment, & Analytics is responsible for coordinating the planning and implementation of college-wide assessment and evaluation practices. The Director also provides leadership in data analytics and literacy that supports student success. This position plays a key role in promoting a culture of inquiry and evidence by providing information and analysis for decision-making and continual improvement. This position reports to the Senior Director, Institutional Effectiveness & Innovation. Responsibilities Supports academic and services program review processes and other campus wide assessments to ensure a college-wide continuous improvement mindset Collaborates with senior administrators to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs and initiatives that enhance student success and support the goals of the College's strategic plan Provides leadership in quantitative and qualitative research as well as data analytics for evaluation and assessment of college-wide initiatives Utilizes business intelligence and analytics technologies to develop dynamic and user-driven reports of institutional data Collaborates across the College to support the revision and evaluation of outcomes Researches, evaluates, and shares best practices in student success Evaluates data collection methods, tools, and technologies to ensure accurate and inclusive reporting Manages multiple projects at one time, many with varying timelines and multiple stakeholders Supports the mission, vision, and values of the College and attends College events and meetings. Performs other related duties as assigned Your attributes Minimum qualifications

To be considered, your application must demonstrate these minimum qualifications.

Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in a related field or Bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience in the education field 1-2 years of experience in program review and outcomes assessment or1-2 years of experience in data retrieval and analysis Preferred qualifications

Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Assessment, Education, Psychology, Mathematics, or similar degrees Experience with program and institutional level assessment to support student success Experience in data visualization Experience with Ellucian, Informer, Colleague Reporting and Operating Analytics (CROA), Tableau, Power BI, online surveying Experience leading or participating in student success initiatives in an education setting Experience in a higher education setting Work environment
