Visual Comfort
Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Technician II is responsible for collaborating with warehouse and office personnel to ensure smooth operational functionality. Duties include performing light electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic maintenance tasks, supporting daily operations with preventative maintenance, and assisting with equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
Responsibilities:
Maintain machinery, meeting maintenance requirements for 480-volt, 3 phase systems, and minimizing downtime will be necessary. Install and repair electrical systems Support, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain conveyor systems Utilize maintenance software to accurately and thoroughly detail and track all corrective and preventive maintenance performed throughout the course of the day, including searching and issuing parts, documenting equipment issues, and entering inspections Prioritize and self-schedule maintenance work around production activities. Drive plant goals & objectives through individually led projects and continuous improvement activities Ensure quality standards are always met. Other duties as assigned by leadership Requirements

High School diploma or GED 5 years of experience in facility maintenance Outstanding communication and team-orientation skills. Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes and propose and implement remedies Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Ability to perform mechanical work, conveyor bearing and chain replacement, motor/gearbox replacement, ability to cut and lace belts Application of high-level quality standards. Adhere to plant safety and 5S requirements; Complete assigned work efficiently and per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Excellent computer skills. We Provide:

Compensation Range: $27 - $32 per hour
