Overview: A dynamic and growing organization is seeking a
Workday Training Developer
to support a major system implementation. This is a remote role; however, candidates
must reside within driving distance of Orlando, FL
to attend occasional onsite meetings or collaboration sessions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and development, skilled in instructional design, and have hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Financials, or other modules.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop engaging, role-based training materials (eLearning modules, guides, job aids, quick reference cards, simulations, etc.) Partner with functional and technical teams to understand system processes and translate them into effective training Conduct training needs assessments and recommend delivery methods (instructor-led, virtual, or self-paced) Align content with Workday business processes and user roles Maintain a version-controlled training repository Lead virtual or live training sessions during testing, deployment, and post-launch Support change management efforts through training and communication alignment Collect and analyze feedback to enhance training effectiveness Collaborate globally as needed for localization and translations Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in Workday or enterprise software training development Proficiency with instructional tools such as Articulate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar Familiarity with Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or related modules Strong writing, communication, and instructional design skills Experience tailoring content for a wide range of users based on security roles Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment Prior involvement in a full-cycle Workday implementation is highly desirable
