Missoula Children's Theatre is hiring a Full Time (40 hours per week) facilities custodian to join our team.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for day-to-day cleanliness and routine maintenance of the facilities.
Essential Functions of the Position
Maintain cleanliness of all building areas including outside areas. Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly task lists. Stock, organize and maintain adequate cleaning supplies and equipment. Inform the supervisor when supplies are low and when equipment is needed. Perform minor repair and maintenance tasks as needed. Non-Essential Functions of the position
Perform other duties as specified by the Facilities Manager Participate in departmental staff meetings Minimum Qualifications
Janitorial experience: vacuuming, mopping, carpet cleaning, kitchen/bath cleaning Valid driver's license Ability to be self-directed Desired Qualifications
Minor building repair experience Landscape experience Safety skills training Physical Requirements
Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, stand and/or walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. May be requested to drive a company vehicle. Equipment Used
Vacuums, brooms, mops/mop buckets, carpet cleaning machines, landscape equipment, step ladder, repair tools, painting supplies, occasional use of computer, telephone, copier, printer, fax machine, paper cutter Benefits Package
