Responsibilities:
Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member. Serve as the first point of contact with customers. Assist with scheduling services calls. Take and distribute accurate messages. Greeting the public and clients and directing them to the correct staff member. Directly works with customers to perform walk-in parts sales. Prepare O&M documents as needed per contract. Coordinate shipments and courier service. Assist dispatcher with call taking and scheduling. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail. Prepare outgoing mail for distribution. Fax, scan and copy documents. Maintain office filing and storage systems. Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets. Update and maintain internal staff contact lists. Type documents. Monitor and maintain office supplies. Perform work related errands. Keep the office area clean and tidy. Receive payments. Other duties as assigned .
