With a reputation built on quality, speed, and professionalism, we are expanding our operations and looking for physically capable, organized, and reliable team members to join our warehouse and field support crew.
Position Overview
We are seeking Warehouse Associates – Moving Labor to support the transport, organization, and protection of high-end staging inventory. This role is essential to our daily operations, requiring strength, attention to detail, and a positive, team-focused attitude. You’ll work closely with our staging team to ensure inventory is safely moved in and out of homes and maintained in excellent condition in our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Safely load, unload, and transport furniture and décor items to and from staging sites
Handle all items with exceptional care to prevent damage during moving or storage
Organize, label, and store inventory accurately in the warehouse
Assist with wrapping, padding, and securing items for safe transportation
Set up and break down furniture and staging accessories at client properties
Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse and moving vehicles
Conduct basic inventory counts and communicate stock levels or issues
Follow direction from warehouse managers, stagers, and logistics coordinators
Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a respectful team environment
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a must.
Footwear with steel toe protection required.
Ability to consistently lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing 50–100 lbs
Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including hot summers and cold winters
Strong physical stamina and the ability to be on your feet for extended periods
Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions with attention to detail
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Highly organized with a focus on safe storage and transport of inventory
Clean, professional appearance and respectful attitude in client-facing situations
Preferred Qualifications
(Not required, but helpful)
Prior experience in moving, warehouse labor, logistics, or home staging support
Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and basic safety practices
Experience using hand trucks, dollies, furniture blankets, and other moving tools
Ability to take direction and work efficiently under time constraints
