Job Title: Marketing Technology Manager
Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align technology initiatives with marketing and customer engagement goals Lead and manage system roadmaps, project planning, and delivery across web, mobile, CRM, and guest-facing platforms Oversee a team of analysts, engineers, and administrators supporting key systems and solutions Drive system enhancements, new implementations, upgrades, and day-to-day operations Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners, including contract and performance oversight Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI, NIGC) Collaborate with support and operations teams to maintain smooth system performance and user satisfaction Support change management, training, and system adoption efforts Guide data flow, quality, and integration for marketing and guest systems Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in IT or business systems, including team leadership Strong understanding of marketing and customer engagement technologies Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, or CRM platforms Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Knowledge of regulatory compliance for technology (e.g., PCI, data security) Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality, or entertainment industries Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and guest-facing digital experiences
