Description:

They are seeking a dynamic interior designer with over 5 years of professional experience in commercial design to support their Utah Leasing and Construction teams. This role will collaborate closely with sales to assist client acquisition and retention efforts.

Responsibilities:

Address the design requirements of the leasing team

Conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to determine their design needs

Develop space plans based on client specifications

Create pricing drawings for the Interior Construction Department to prepare construction estimates

Prepare final drawings for construction and permitting

Assist clients in selecting finishes

Utilize the resources of our on-site design center

Coordinate the planning and construction processes with vendors and project managers

Facilitate communication between the Leasing and Interior Construction Departments

Job Qualifications:

Proficiency in REVIT is required

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial interior design

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with commercial building codes and accessibility standards
