Primary Responsibilities: Team and Staff Management Supervise, support, and coordinate with department/team leads Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and productivity Address personnel issues and support performance management

Process Oversight

Ensure smooth execution of daily operations and workflows Identify and resolve operational issues promptly Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Performance Monitoring

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) Analyze reports and operational data to ensure targets are met Implement process improvements as needed

Communication & Coordination

Act as a liaison between upper management and frontline teams Coordinate across departments (e.g., logistics, finance, customer service) Conduct or attend daily team or cross-functional meetings

Resource Management

Manage resource allocation (staffing, equipment, materials) Approve procurement of necessary operational supplies Monitor inventory levels and order as needed

Customer & Client Support

Oversee client service standards and resolve escalated issues Ensure timely and quality service delivery to customers or clients

Reporting and Documentation

Prepare daily or weekly operational reports for leadership Maintain accurate operational records and logs

Health & Safety / Compliance

Ensure workplace safety protocols are followed Conduct spot checks or audits to maintain regulatory compliance

Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Operations Management or similar degree 10 plus years of Management experience in leu of Degree Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Able to read and interpret financial statements Experience forecasting and budgeting Experience in relationship and client management Strategic thinker, experience problem solving and driving results Able to redirect and pivot based on changes in client needs Experience with change management Experience operating in a risk management and compliance environment Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines Excellent time management and organizational skills Experience leading and developing a team
