Our client, a leading facility management organization, is seeking a General Facility Mechanic to join their team. As a General Facility Mechanic, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the overall operations of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $18 - $20 hr.
Shift:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (5:30pm the latest)
Monday to Friday
What's the Job?
Regularly inspecting and maintaining plant operating systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in various equipment and machinery.
Implementing and executing preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
Identifying the root cause of equipment failures and implementing appropriate repairs.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
What's Needed?
Ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment, including hand and power tools.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with other maintenance staff and departments.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
No prior experience required; a strong desire to learn is essential.
