Shakopee, MN (On-site) 8:30 - 5:00PM M-F Sansom Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer in the south metro for a permanent direct hire role. As the Manufacturing/Production Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping production running smoothly—handling everything from processing work orders and tracking inventory to coordinating outsourced assemblies and supporting purchasing. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and brings a proactive, team-first mindset. What You’ll Do:
Process production work orders and resolve inventory issues
Coordinate outsourced assembly transactions
Monitor inventory, production schedules, and material transfers
Track key operational metrics like order completions, inventory levels, and shipment timelines
Support purchasing, quality standards, and process improvement efforts
Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, sales, finance, and engineering teams
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of admin or coordination experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; NetSuite experience a plus
Knowledge of production processes, inventory, and basic accounting
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
