Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you'll be the first point of contact at
community events, fundraising campaigns, and nonprofit outreach initiatives . This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are
people-focused, motivated by purpose , and eager to grow within a cause-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit clients at live community outreach and fundraising events Interact with donors, community members, and supporters in a professional and engaging manner Educate the public about current nonprofit campaigns and advocate for positive social change Build rapport and long-term relationships to foster donor retention and ongoing support Collaborate with team members to drive event success and campaign visibility Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and empathy at all times •
Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Genuine interest in nonprofit work, advocacy, or social impact Friendly, outgoing personality with a team-oriented mindset Ability to work in fast-paced, people-facing environments No prior experience required -
