Responsibilities
Lead marketing sourcing projects, liaise with internal teams, finance and suppliers, for sourcing project execution, oversee contract obligations, develop and coordinate RFx activity, liaise with Legal for risk mitigation, report progress weekly, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the strategic direction of sourcing/procurement initiatives. Required Skills
3-6 years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement in marketing or indirect services, market knowledge of marketing contracting trends, familiarity with fiscal planning cycles, excellent emotional intelligence, growth mentality, mastery of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, familiarity with BI reporting and spend analysis, high attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to synthesize and present complex matters, willingness to train and educate users, and effective workload management
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar (preference: MBA or JD). Additional certification on supply chain or procurement space is a plus.
