Field Service Installer- Southern Texas Region (Houston, Austin, San Antonio)

We are looking for a Field Service Installer who installs, sets, and starts up commercial laundry equipment in the South Texas region based out of either of our hub cities of Houston, San Antonio, or Austin to join our team. This would be a Level 2.
Schedule:
8 hour shift, Monday to Friday with overtime available

Job Requirements:
Experience with installing industrial equipment.
Knowledge of plumbing, air, steam and interconnections on machines.
Knowledge of offloading, rigging, and hauling industrial equipment.
Must have some experience with industrial laundry equipment.
Provides support in areas of fabrication, assembly, cutting, pipe fitting, and machining.
Read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematic and drawings.
Work from oral and written instructions.
Understand and use manuals and catalogs when ordering parts or installing equipment.
Understand and comply with all parts ordering and issuing procedures.
Maintains adherence to company policy, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
Assumes other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Maintain a good inventory of parts on assigned service vehicle.
Must own appropriate hand tools for the trade.
Must have some experience using a flat bed trailer
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
The Most Important Activities Performed:
Offloads and installs industrial equipment equipment in a production environment.
Troubleshooting commercial laundry systems equipment using schematics and prior technical knowledge
Troubleshoot and or repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical components
Work from oral and written instructions
Travel is required for this job
Physical Requirements:
Requires ability to work off ladders, scaffolding and scissors lifts.
Requires ability to handle industrial machines safely and efficiently.
Requires ability to do extended amounts of walking, moving equipment and tools.
Minimum Qualifications Required (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS):
Prior experience in a production environment
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Experience with pneumatic machinery is a plus, mechanical skills
Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment
High school graduate or equivalent
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record (Required)
Must have prior experience working with industrial Washers, Dryers, and installing stated equipment
Must have additional training in mechanical or electrical technology
