Business Development Executive , you will be responsible for cultivating new customer relationships within your sales territory. Your role is pivotal in enhancing prospects’ understanding of Ryder's value through tailored sales strategies and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop pre-sales strategies for target accounts and maintain a sales pipeline to exceed revenue quotas. Assess customer needs through quality consultations and prepare value-based proposals. Foster strong relationships with internal teams and ensure a seamless transition for newly acquired accounts. Conduct regular reporting on sales activities and compliance with company protocols. Continuously enhance your sales skills, industry knowledge, and personal development. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience with a track record of quota achievement.
