We are looking to hire a full time Maintenance Mechanic
Hours 6am to 6pm
A maintenance mechanic in manufacturing, also known as an industrial maintenance mechanic, is responsible for the upkeep and performance of large production machinery. Their duties include: Preventative maintenance Completing maintenance tasks on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines Troubleshooting Using observation, precision measuring and testing instruments, and listening for problems to locate the source of malfunctions Repairing Quickly and efficiently repairing broken or malfunctioning machines and parts Testing Running initial batches and diagnostic tests to ensure the machine is running smoothly and to determine if major repairs are needed Documenting Preparing reports that document the work performed Shop maintenance Cleaning, organizing, stocking, and maintaining shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies Safety Following safety rules and regulations, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment
