Our client in Suamico produces custom-ordered sewn products including machine covers, tool pouches, and banners (not clothing). They are looking for a small motor mechanic, or sewing machine mechanic to repair and maintain sewing machines and other finishing equipment. Training is available.
Machine Maintenance Compensation/Benefits:
Pay - $20 - $25/hour depending on experience First Shift - 6:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m., Monday - Thursday and 6:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. on Fridays Benefits - 401(k) and vacation pay available Machine Maintenance Responsibilities:
Analyze problems and fix sewing and other finishing machines Preventive maintenance on sewing and other finishing machines (hand cutters, grommeters, snap and rivet machines) Research and order parts for machines Maintain a stock of parts for common machines Some light building maintenance Back-up for forklift Machine Maintenance Qualifications:
