Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in a food manufacturing environment. This role involves handling, storing, and transporting materials efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to food safety and quality standards. Forklift operation experience is required to move raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products throughout the facility.
LOCATION: Woodinville, WA
SCHEDULE: Day shift: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 4PM (occasionally longer depending on production end time)
PAY: $20 - $21

Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport goods safely within the warehouse.
Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy in receiving and shipping processes.
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring products are stored correctly to prevent contamination or damage.
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and hygiene regulations.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and tracking of all materials.
Work collaboratively with production, quality control, and logistics teams to meet operational goals.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Adhere to all OSHA and company safety policies, including proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a food manufacturing setting.
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures (cold storage environments if required).
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations is a plus.
