Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule

This position is located at 1756 Sagamore Road, Northfield, Ohio.

8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday with rotating weekends/holidays.

Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at

Step 1

of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.

Additional Salary / Appointment Information:

Pay increase of 3% increase July 1, 2026.

Qualifications

30 mos. exp. counseling persons who are mentally ill or developmentally disabled or other disadvantaged group of people.

-Or completion of undergraduate core program in human services area (e.g., rehabilitation counseling, social work, psychology, occupational therapy) & 12 mos. exp. counseling persons who are mentally ill or developmentally disabled or other disadvantaged group of people.

-Or completion of graduate core program in human services area (e.g., rehabilitation counseling, social work, psychology, occupational therapy).

-Or alternative, equivalent evidence of the Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
