Coordinate, monitor, and deliver Vocational Rehabilitation Services to disabled clients Interviewing clients for assess to Rehabilitation Services Conduct vocational assessments Plan and write integrated rehabilitation goals Provide Individual and group counseling provide job coaching Monitor clients work performance Develop and provide vocational programming Documentation Escort clients to and from programming Complete referrals for rehabilitation services This is an hourly position covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union) , with a pay range of

This position is located at 1756 Sagamore Road, Northfield, Ohio.
8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday with rotating weekends/holidays.
Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at
Step 1
of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.
Additional Salary / Appointment Information:
Pay increase of 3% increase July 1, 2026.

Qualifications
30 mos. exp. counseling persons who are mentally ill or developmentally disabled or other disadvantaged group of people.
-Or completion of undergraduate core program in human services area (e.g., rehabilitation counseling, social work, psychology, occupational therapy) & 12 mos. exp. counseling persons who are mentally ill or developmentally disabled or other disadvantaged group of people.
-Or completion of graduate core program in human services area (e.g., rehabilitation counseling, social work, psychology, occupational therapy).
-Or alternative, equivalent evidence of the Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
