Job Summary Kutztown University is accepting applications for a custodial pool. Selected individuals will perform custodial duties in student residence halls, or academic buildings; as well as other seasonal duties including snow shoveling.
These are essential personnel positions.
We currently have the following open positions: 1st shift Housing Custodial Worker 1 - 1 opening 2nd shift E&G Custodial Worker 1 - 1 opening 3rd shift E&G Custodial Worker 1 - 4 openings
Minimum Qualifications Computer literacy (email, Microsoft Office, internet) required.
Preferred Qualifications Previous custodial experience in an industrial setting (hospital, nursing home, etc.) is preferred.
Supplemental Information Applications and Resumes will be accepted throughout the year, and this pool will remain open to fill all Facilities & Housing Custodial Worker 1 positions that are open externally for a specified amount of time.
The starting salary for this position is $32,078.00, per the AFSCME contract. This is a pool ad and will be actively pulled from for any positions that open up externally, not for one particular open position.
