Job Description The Territory Manager is responsible for expanding our company's market share through growth in existing builders and the development of new builders' relationships that meet sales goals and profit objectives set by the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITITES Maintain and grow existing top [50] builder customers (designated as Active Production Builder or Active Custom Builder in database)
Following up promptly on quotes to key accounts Promote crawl space walls to key account list
Target and develop new builder relationships within your territory.
Analyzing new building permits data to uncover new builder activity and opportunity. Develop Relationships with Architects so that SWCV is

Distribute tasks such as quoting, job site checking, and warranty/repair requests to the appropriate team member and document in database Work closely with Management, to provide market feedback and ensure sales activities are aligned with company goals and objectives. KPIs
Meetings/contacts with new builders Meetings/contacts with existing builders Quotes generated per week for existing assigned builders Quotes per week for new builders Pipeline Value Quote à Contract Contracts won per week for existing builders Contracts won for new builders
Ideal Candidate Requirements
Sales Experience 5+ Years Sales Experience Industry Experience: 2+ year Building Supplies and Construction Experience (Optional) Bachelors preferred but not required Experience with CRM Systems (Optional)
Training
30 Days Inhouse Training (Production, Installation, Site Checking, Drafting, Inside Sales) 30 Days Outside Sales Training (Builder Meeting, Site Checking, Builder Prospecting) 30 Days Territory Introduction (Meeting Existing Builders)
Compensation & Benefits
Base 75,000 - 85,000 (based on experience) + Commissions Benefits Retirement 401K Life Insurance $25K Health Insurance Vacation
