Customer Service Representative (CSR)
who is
bilingual in Spanish and English
to join our team.
Location:
On-site Central Florida
Compensation:
$15-$20 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Full-time Monday-Friday, Day Shift
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners needing HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical service Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls for scheduling, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations Schedule service appointments efficiently based on urgency, location, and technician availability Enter and manage customer data accurately in our dispatching software Coordinate with field technicians to ensure smooth job flow and communication Resolve customer concerns or complaints with professionalism, clarity, and empathy Assist with basic administrative support, including service plan renewals, warranty documentation, and billing questions Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Must be fluent in both spoken and written communication Prior experience in customer service, dispatching, or call center work (home services/trades experience is a plus) Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new dispatching or CRM software A team-oriented attitude, dependable work ethic, and a desire to help others Benefits:
