Preventative Maintenance Technicians
to join our award-winning team!
This is a
full-time, Monday-Friday
role, with an on-call emergency maintenance rotation. We're looking for team players who are ready to grow their skills and careers in a supportive environment.
Pay & Perks Starting Pay:
$18-$20/hour Company-Provided:

Perform preventative maintenance inspections Complete quarterly in-unit inspections Report on conditions of equipment, units, and assets Assist with unit turnovers and make-readies Help with inventory management Drive company vehicle between multiple properties Collaborate with internal departments and vendors Deliver excellent customer service to residents and teammates Adapt to changing priorities across various sites • What You'll Need
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Familiarity with iPhone (or willingness to learn) 1+ year of experience in at least one of the following: Light plumbing/electrical HVAC troubleshooting Apartment turnovers/make-ready Carpentry, painting, or general maintenance
Comfortable with hand tools Willingness to participate in ongoing training Physical ability to perform moderately to heavily demanding tasks, including: Climbing ladders (up to 9 ft), working overhead Lifting/moving up to 100 lbs Frequent kneeling, bending, squatting, and walking
