Supporting the foreclosure process by handling administrative tasks and documentation. Reviewing and gathering foreclosure-related information and documentation. Researching and analysing real property conveyance and encumbrance documents. Searching and reviewing bankruptcy matters by written procedures. Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors. Communicating with property owners, vendors, and clients regarding foreclosure matters. Specific qualifications for the position include :
1-2 years of directly related real estate office experience; prefer foreclosure experience. Strong team player with excellent customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. High School diploma or equivalent. Pay Rate Range : $19.94 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
