Client Care Specialist
to join our team!
In this role, you'll primarily support our Emergency Department clients while also assisting Specialty clients as needed. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to both clients and their pets.
Schedule:
Full-time, with a required weekly Saturday shift. Additional scheduled shifts will be discussed during the interview process, with a focus on daytime hours.

Maine Veterinary Medical Center (MVMC) is a Rarebreed practice that has full in-house laboratory capabilities, a fluoroscopy suite for interventional procedures, a helical 16-slice CT, MRI, respiratory ventilator, in-house telemetric monitoring, ultrasound and endoscopy. MVMC has well-staffed departments in Neurology, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, Cardiology, Radiology, Rehab and Acupuncture and great team of emergency clinicians and criticalists to offer advanced services to a well-educated client base.
Client Care Specialist

$21.00-$26.00 an hour based on experience and availability
WHAT YOU'LL DO Greet customers as they arrive and act as the main point of contact for the hospital. Provide day-to-day client services of the front office and support staff throughout the office. Answer a busy multi-line phone system and facilitate calls to relevant departments. Resolve informal client issues and report on these issues to the Client Services Supervisor. Maintain hospital communications via email, interpersonal and PIMs software. BENEFITS

Associate degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in customer service required: prior veterinary experience desired but not required. Strong organizational skills. Strong client relations and interpersonal skills. Strong technical and computer skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail. Self-starter and team player. Strong client service background. Friendly, Professional and Compassionate!
