Prep surfaces with taping, sanding, and washing to ensure optimal adhesion Apply powder coatings to metal components using manual or assisted systems Monitor coating coverage and consistency across varied part types Conduct in-process checks to ensure compliance with visual and dimensional standards Assist with color changes and booth maintenance Work independently while meeting team quality and throughput goals Recommended Qualifications
13 years of experience in powder or industrial paint application Working knowledge of masking, hanging, and surface preparation techniques Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe paint environment Familiarity with basic troubleshooting of spray equipment or line flow issues Preferred Background
Experience with multicolor operations or complex part geometry Previous work in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing Training in lean or 5S environments You Might Have Been Known As:
