Implementation Analyst . This is a
full time
opportunity. The position provides implementation of all newly joining sites, practice assessments, user guidance, and educational materials.
Examples of Duties (List does not include all duties assigned) Planning, structuring, implementing, customizing, and monitoring Athena EHR (Electronic Health Records) Information Systems, Practice Management Systems, Patient Engagement, and Clinical Applications, specifically for onboarding and execution of new applications is required. REQUIRED experience with Athena EHR. Assesses customer and/or business process requirements; analyzes structure and flow of clinical workflows to ensure defined and trained workflows support business needs to include proper capture of data needed for Quality programs. Identifies, communicates, and facilitates workflow gap opportunities. Creates, develops, and oversees processes, protocols, and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and to minimize financial liability of the company. Adheres to all appropriate aspects of the corporate compliance program. Maintains strictest confidentiality. Performs related work and special projects as assigned.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Systems, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. BSN, Education/Teaching, other related IT or Clinical fields, and/or equivalent on the job experience as manifested through a minimum of five years hands-on work in the field of implementing and supporting Athena EHR applications required. Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), Healthcare IT (HIT), or Healthcare Informatics a plus
Experience
Five years experiential knowledge of clinical and non-clinical healthcare operations and managerial or supervisory experience is desirable.Experience administering multiple different Clinical IT systems from multiple vendors is required.
