Warehouse Associate – Full-Time
Pay:
$22.35/hour Schedule:
Start Time: 7:00 AM 4 Days/Week $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Must be available to work weekends and holidays Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, selecting, storing, and loading products and materials. This position requires operating material handling equipment safely, completing paperwork accurately, and maintaining a clean, organized work area in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, lift, carry, and place products onto pallets to build customer orders in refrigerated and non-refrigerated environments. Move products into trailers or storage units and visually inspect incoming and outgoing items to ensure accuracy and quality. Read labels and documents to verify product types and quantities; perform basic math to confirm order accuracy. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely using full peripheral vision. Meet company standards for safety, accuracy, and productivity. Clean the work area using brooms, mops, and other materials (including solvents and soaps). Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor. Physical & Task Requirements
Frequent lifting:
Up to 10 lbs: Continuously 10–25 lbs: Continuously 26–60 lbs: Frequently (34%–66% of shift)
Push/pull (max force 50 lbs): Occasional Continuous walking, standing, handling, twisting, and vision use Frequent reaching, bending, balancing, and upper/lower body coordination Occasional sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling Ability to work in cold or fluctuating temperature environments Required Qualifications
Valid forklift license Minimum
6 months of experience
operating material handling equipment safely Able to lift up to
50 lbs repeatedly Basic math and reading comprehension Physically capable of extended standing, walking, lifting, and twisting
