The Lubrication Technician maintains the lubrication of all facilities-related equipment, machinery and systems. Performs scheduled preventative lubrication maintenance, work orders, performs rebuilds and related repairs of lubrication equipment throughout the facility. The Lubrication Technician maintains daily records of time and parts involved with assignments and assists other maintenance personnel with repairs, projects, and work orders whenever necessary.

Estimated starting annual base salary is $26.85/hour less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary, variable annual incentive, paid based on Company performance factors. Duties and Responsibilities

Provide lubrication maintenance support throughout the facility. Perform scheduled preventative lubrication maintenance on all equipment. Troubleshoot inadequate lubrication of all equipment, machinery, systems, and related issues and follow up as needed. Work with production supervisors and maintenance planner to schedule lubrication of all machinery. Take ownership of all equipment and plant lubrications. Support the installation and startup of new machinery and equipment. Maintain a daily record of time and parts involved with assignments. Maintain accurate inventory and minimum on hand quantities of all lubricants. Collaborate with mechanics, electricians, production workers and other staff to promptly resolve lubrication issues. Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of mechanical maintenance and/or general facilities experience in a manufacturing facility. 1 year of lubrication technician experience. Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office including Outlook. Knowledge of basic mechanics, electrical, plumbing and welding techniques and capable of utilizing standard shop equipment. Strong time management, communication, teamwork, organization and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a lubrication technician in a GMP environment. Nutraceutical or pharmaceutical production industry experience. Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
