In this influential position, you will drive the vision for our analytics, credit risk management, and overall risk strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the development and optimization of credit strategies. Creating innovative credit models and algorithms. Fostering a culture of insight-driven decision-making. Managing analytics throughout the financing lifecycle. Establishing and enforcing comprehensive credit policies. Enhancing customer acquisition quality from a credit perspective. We are looking for candidates with at least 10 years of experience in commercial lending, credit risk analytics, and risk management. A strong background in credit policy, underwriting, and risk scoring is crucial. Ideal applicants will have a data-driven mindset and extensive knowledge of the lending lifecycle, specifically in B2B lending, ideally within construction finance or related industries. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
